Return Policy

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

How to Return

Contact us at hello@calovena.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@calovena.com and we will resolve it immediately.
